Similarity Index Threshold

Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% (excluding references, quotations, and standard phrases) will be returned to the authors for revision before proceeding to the peer review stage. Authors are strongly advised to check their manuscripts for similarity before submission.

Forms of Plagiarism

IJAMSET considers the following as forms of plagiarism that are strictly prohibited:

• Copying text, data, figures, or ideas from other sources without proper citation
• Paraphrasing another author's work too closely without acknowledgement
• Reusing significant portions of the author's own previously published work without proper citation (self-plagiarism)
• Submitting a manuscript that has been published elsewhere, in whole or in part
• Presenting translated content from another language as original work without disclosure

Handling of Plagiarism

If plagiarism is detected before publication, the manuscript will be returned to the authors with a request for revision or will be rejected depending on the extent of the similarity. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the editorial board will investigate the case and may issue a correction, retraction, or expression of concern in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Author Responsibility

By submitting a manuscript to IJAMSET, authors confirm that the work is original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism. All authors share equal responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the submitted manuscript.
